1. Job Summary

MVK Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to oversee construction site operations, manage project teams, ensure quality standards, control project costs, and complete projects within the scheduled timeline.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute construction projects as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure timely project completion.
• Manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labour teams.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and management.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor project budgets, material consumption, and resource utilization.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues efficiently.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
• Ensure proper material planning and minimize wastage.
• Maintain project documentation and site records.

3. Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
• Relevant experience in construction or project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of construction drawings, site execution, and project planning.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.
