Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Project Manager to lead product development initiatives within our industrial sector. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring that projects meet quality, timeline, and budgetary requirements. You will act as a key liaison between cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and delivering innovative solutions to market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all stages of the product development process, from concept ideation to production and launch.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, production, product, sales and marketing teams to define project objectives and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the development cycle.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify potential challenges and implement proactive solutions to mitigate risks.
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement, capturing lessons learned to optimize future projects. Beneficial if the candidate has worked with process development before.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years experience as a Project Manager, preferably in product development within the HVAC industry.
• Strong understanding of product development cycles, industrial manufacturing processes, and quality control.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Waterfall).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and prioritize competing demands.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an asset.
