该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibility:  Responsibility for the customer product development projects assigned to him/her  Leading projects in collaboration with the specialist departments to achieve the assigned goals in terms of timing, costs and quality  Ensuring a cost-related, timely and qualitative planning of the project with the customer and the internal line organization  Coordination in case of deviations (deadline, costs, performance) to the commissioned offer status with the lines and obtaining approval from the project owner  Ensuring quality and cost awareness in the project core team  Predictive control of projects with regard to the achievement of objectives through risk management (identification of potential risks) & active countermeasures (planning of appropriate measures) in case of danger  Escalation in case of deviations compared to project goals (within the internal line organization and project owner)  Protection of project and customer interests (keyword: advocate of customer in the meaning of IATF 16949)  Creating basic project condition for employee’s motivation  Monitoring a functioning core team (check and validate core team member activities and propose timing scenario to achieve milestones)  Securing experience/CIP (continuous improvement process) and documentation of lessons learned  Ensuring comprehensible planning and result documentation  Improvement of project returns on capital  Compliance with the project management policy  Forward input to the process supervisor for the continuation and improvement of the project management policy  Recognize personnel development needs and process inefficiencies (information in the line)  Management of the project team members and project stuff subordinate to the project structure Tasks:  Formulation of the internal project assignment with the project core team  Presentation of the project organization adequate for the scope of project (including sub-projects) with the project core team members

 Rough and detailed planning of the project with the project team (performance, deadline, human resources, material resources, costs, environmental relationships, etc.)  Documentation of the course of the project and the interim results  Recognize personnel/staff development needs (information in the line)  Internal project-related communication (e.g. regular team meetings, accessible project documentation)  Ensuring the know-how transfer from the pre-project phase to the project team  Documentation of lessons learned and communication to project owner  Forwarding the input for the continuation and improvement of the project management rules to PMO  Comprehensible maintenance of the project management documentation (e.g. project order, project plans, etc.)  Crisis and risk management (identification of potential risks/ organizing and planning with core team respective measures)

 Triggering the preparation of offers for additional services according to customer requirements, as well as triggering invoices after fulfillment / implementation of the order  Project controlling (deadline, costs, performance (processing / implementation of work packages), stunt registration, etc.)  Project oriented guidance and coordination of the project core team (non-technical functional areas) Functional Qualifications:  University degree (Master or Bachelor) (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, plastics engineering) or other technical education (e.g. HTL)  Basic knowledge of plastics, lightning, electronics technology  Knowledge of management systems and tools in the automotive industry (IATF 16949, APQP, Lean Production, FMEA,…)
