Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of technology and business projects across our group.

The role covers a diverse portfolio of initiatives, including internal software development, third-party platform implementations, system integrations, payment service provider (PSP) integrations, and other business and operational projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within financial services, brokerage, or fintech environments, with the ability to coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong ownership, organizational skills, technical awareness, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple technology and business projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead projects involving internal software development, external platform implementations, third-party system integrations, and operational initiatives.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource requirements, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software development, QA, IT infrastructure, operations, compliance, finance, and other business departments.
• Manage relationships and project activities with external technology providers, vendors, and integration partners.
• Oversee third-party platform implementations and integrations, ensuring effective coordination between internal teams and external providers.
• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve issues affecting delivery.
• Manage project risks, scope changes, competing priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance, deployment, and operational handover to ensure successful implementation and business readiness.
• Facilitate project meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder discussions, ensuring clear ownership and accountability for deliverables.
• Provide regular, accurate, and transparent project status reports to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, issues, and required decisions.
• Maintain appropriate project documentation, tracking, and reporting using established project management tools.
• Continuously improve project management processes, delivery efficiency, and coordination across the organization.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience , preferably within financial services, brokerage, banking, fintech, or related technology-driven organizations.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with responsibility for scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and successful delivery.
• Demonstrated experience managing technology projects, system integrations, third-party implementations, or software development initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycles, system integrations, APIs, and general IT infrastructure concepts.
• Experience coordinating projects involving both internal teams and external vendors or technology providers.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including regular communication with senior management and cross-functional business teams.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to identify risks, manage dependencies, resolve issues, and drive projects to successful completion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within online brokerage, trading platforms, or financial markets technology.
• Familiarity with FX, CFDs, or other financial asset classes.
• Experience with payment service providers (PSPs), payment integrations, or financial transaction processing systems.
• Experience implementing or integrating third-party platforms, including trading systems, CRM solutions, back-office platforms, or other financial technology products.
• Experience coordinating with external financial institutions, liquidity providers, payment providers, or regulatory and compliance stakeholders.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams and international technology providers.
• Professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or an Agile-related certification.

Education & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
