Project Manager

Our client is an established solar energy company with approximately 17 years of experience in the industry. The company specializes in residential and commercial solar installations, primarily rooftop projects, with operations throughout the Midwest and East Coast.

What You Will Do:

• Manage commercial rooftop solar installation projects, typically ranging from 1–4 MW, primarily across Minnesota and Illinois
• Oversee day-to-day project execution, ensuring installations progress according to project schedules and requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and installation crews to keep projects moving forward
• Manage ongoing projects at various stages of construction, addressing challenges as they arise
• Work closely with the commercial operations team to support project delivery and maintain continuity during a temporary employee absence

Contract Details:

• Duration: 12 weeks
• Location: St. Paul, Minnesota (on-site strongly preferred)
• Pay Rate: Approximately $80–$95/hour
• Start Date: ASAP
