**Role Overview**

We are looking for a Project Manager to turn the founders’ vision for an educational website into clear requirements and coordinate delivery with our outsourced development company. You will act as the main point of contact between the founders and the development partner, ensuring the website meets business goals and user needs within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Meet with the founders to understand their vision, business objectives, target users, and website requirements.

• Translate ideas into clear project briefs, feature requirements, user flows, and acceptance criteria.

• Help the founders prioritize features and agree on the scope for each development phase.

• Communicate requirements to the outsourced development company and resolve questions promptly.

• Review development proposals, estimates, timelines, and deliverables against agreed requirements.

• Maintain a project plan and track milestones, dependencies, issues, and outstanding decisions.

• Coordinate feedback on website designs and functionality, consolidating input into clear instructions.

• Monitor changes to scope and explain their impact on cost and timelines before obtaining approval.

• Provide regular progress updates to the founders, highlighting risks and decisions needed.

• Coordinate website content and learning materials with the relevant stakeholders.

• Organize user acceptance testing, track bugs, and verify fixes before seeking final approval.

• Coordinate launch readiness, documentation, handover, and post-launch support with the development partner.

*Requirements*

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in website development or digital product projects ,preferably involving

outsourced development teams.

• Strong ability to understand business needs and communicate them clearly to designers and developers.

• Experience preparing requirements, project plans, and progress reports.

• Basic understanding of website development, UI/UX, content management systems, and testing.

• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.

• Experience with educational platforms or learning management systems is an advantage.

• The founders’ requirements are clearly documented, prioritized, and understood by the development partner.

• Deliverables meet agreed acceptance criteria, with changes properly reviewed and approved.

• Timelines, budgets, risks, and progress remain visible to the founders.

• The website launches with essential functionality tested and a clear support and handover process.
