What they need
Plan and manage projects from award to handover.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and internal team
Review drawings and specifications, and coordinate shop drawings and submissions for approval
Plan fabrication and installation schedules with the workshop and site teams
Supervise site supervisors and installation teams, and monitor progress on site
Make sure work complies with WSH requirements and BCA standards
Manage project costs, variations, and progress claims
Attend site coordination meetings and prepare progress reports for management
Support tendering. Quantity take-off, costing, and preparing quotations
Job Requirement
At least 5 years of project management experience in metal works
Familiar with Singapore WSH and BCA requirements
Good communication and coordination skills with clients, subcontractors and internal teams
Able to manage several projects and deadlines at once
Valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage
