Project Manager

​Fowler Roofing and Construction is seeking an experienced, high-caliber Exterior Project Manager to oversee our residential and commercial roofing and siding projects. You will be the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for taking projects from contract signing to successful completion.

​Our company is known for technical authority, uncompromising quality, and working with premium materials—including premium metals, asphalt, Western Red Cedar, Alaskan Yellow Cedar, and slate. The ideal candidate possesses deep hands-on knowledge of exterior systems, exceptional crew leadership, strict adherence to OSHA safety guidelines, and a sharp eye for detail.

​Key Responsibilities​1. On-Site Project Leadership & Supervision

• ​Manage day-to-day operations across multiple active roofing and siding job sites.
• ​Direct, schedule, and evaluate the performance of in-house crews and subcontractors.
• ​Enforce a clean, organized, and professional job site at all times.
• ​Conduct daily quality control inspections to ensure workmanship perfectly matches contract specifications and manufacturer guidelines.

​2. Logistics & Material Management

• ​Coordinate strict delivery timelines for materials to prevent project delays or over-ordering.
• ​Accurately verify material counts on-site (including squares calculations for intricate siding and roofing systems).
• ​Manage tools, equipment, and company vehicles allocated to your projects.

​3. Safety & Compliance

• ​Maintain absolute compliance with OSHA and FMCSA standards across all crews.
• ​Conduct safety meetings and ensure fall protection and proper PPE are strictly utilized on every roof and staging setup.
• ​Identify and mitigate potential job site hazards before work begins.

​4. Client & Contract Management

• ​Act as the primary point of contact for property owners during production, delivering clear and professional communication.
• ​Identify any unforeseen conditions on-site (e.g., extra layers of rotted decking or unexpected stripping/disposal needs) and document them immediately for change orders.
• ​Protect the company’s workmanship warranties by ensuring no shortcuts are taken during installation.

​Qualifications & Experience

• ​Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of project management or crew foreman experience specifically in roofing and siding.
• ​Material Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of residential and commercial roofing systems (Asphalt, Metal) and high-end siding materials (Cedar shingles/shakes, composite, and premium claddings).
• ​Leadership: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and hold crews accountable to deadlines and quality standards.
• ​Tech Savvy: Ability to use digital project management tools, view digital blueprints, and document site progress via photos/reports.
• ​Requirements:
• ​Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• ​OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain immediately).
• ​Strong physical stamina (ability to climb ladders, walk steep slopes, and lift up to 50 lbs).

Pay: $52,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
