We're Hiring: Project Manager (Construction)

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our fast-growing projects team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of projects from inception to completion, working on secure government estates for high-profile clients.

About the role

This is a construction-based Project Manager role leading the delivery of projects across multiple sites. The role is hybrid, with a requirement to travel to sites as needed. Due to the nature of our client base, applicants must hold current SC (Security Check) government clearance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the planning, coordination and delivery of construction projects from brief through to handover
• Managing programme, cost and quality, and reporting progress to clients and senior management
• Ensuring full CDM and Health & Safety compliance across all projects
• Managing contractors, consultants and internal teams, including procurement and contract administration
• Chairing progress meetings and maintaining project documentation, risk registers and change control
• Mentoring and supporting Assistant Project Managers within the team

About you:

• Current SC (Security Check) government clearance — essential
• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Previous construction trade background highly desirable
• Strong working knowledge of CDM Regulations and site health & safety
• NEC 3 and/or 4 Contract experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently
• Confident communicator, organised and commercially aware
• Comfortable working in a hybrid role and willing to travel
• Competent user of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
