About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Program Manager to lead complex, global tech transfers, industrialization, and commercial readiness for medical devices and drug-device combination products (auto-injectors, pre-filled syringes, assembly, labeling, and packaging).

In this role, you will lead multi-site execution strategies, align cross-functional teams across global manufacturing facilities, and turn high-level business goals into seamless product transfers from development to commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership & Governance: Establish program charters, execution strategies, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), RACI matrices, risk registers, and integrated MS Project schedules across global manufacturing sites.
• Tech Transfer & Industrialization: Lead end-to-end product transfers from R&D/Development to operations, including equipment qualification, assembly, labeling, and secondary packaging readiness.
• Global Network Alignment: Coordinate cross-functional execution teams across Manufacturing, Engineering, MS&T, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain.
• Risk & Supply Chain Management: Plan network material demand/supply, establish risk mitigations, and ensure milestones align with regulatory submission and commercial launch targets.
• Financial Oversight: Manage multi-million-dollar program financial plans, track variances, and drive cost avoidance/efficiency initiatives.

Top Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical discipline (PMP certification is a strong plus).
• Overall Industry Experience: 10+ years in manufacturing, engineering, MS&T, or technical operations within pharma, biotech, or medical device environments.
• Program Management: 5+ years leading global, multi-site programs and cross-functional teams.
• Plant & Equipment Scope: 5+ years of hands-on experience in drug product fill/finish, medical device manufacturing, or combination product packaging .
• Tech Transfer Expertise: Proven track record in product transfers (Development to Operations) and equipment/process qualification for assembly, labeling, and packaging.
• Tooling Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Project, Excel, Gantt charting, PowerPoint, and SharePoint (Power BI or Smartsheet is a plus).
