Title: Project Manager PMP

Position Type: Contract 8+ Months

PMO Support Specialist, candidate MUST possess PMP or ACP certification through PMI or PM certification

Job Summary:

Seeking for a highly organized and detail‐oriented PMO Support Specialist to enhance project governance, support project managers, and strengthen agency-wide project delivery practices. This role provides direct support to the PMO through documentation management, training coordination, risk oversight, and recurring reporting across -level and agency IT projects.

Qualifications:

• Should have 15 years of overall IT experience.

• Experience with technology infrastructure is preferred.

• Application Development experience is a plus.

• Proficient in MS Office tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and excel.

• Possess training and documentation experience.

• PMP or ACP Certification through PMI or Qualification Standards for IT Project Managers.

• Experience with Technology Portfolio (CTP) system and ECOS process is strongly preferred.

• Experience with the core IT procurement processes (RFP, Statewide Contract, and CAI SOW) is preferred.

• Prior PM experience is a benefit.
