We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team. This position requires the ability to manage the progression of trade show exhibits from the point they are sold through production, design, and deployment. The ideal candidate is someone detail oriented and able to prioritize while handling multiple, fast-paced projects.

Daily tasks include:

• Interacting with all internal departments, including the Sales, Design and Service teams
• Creating and following strict timelines to meet unmovable deadlines
• Managing 25+ different projects simultaneously that are in different stages of development
• Communicating directly with clients via email, calls, video chats and in person
• Using multiple software systems including proprietary online catalogs and SmartSheet for project management

Requirements include:

• 1-3+ years of work experience in project management, or something that would translate to project management
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Procuring hardware and graphics from multiple vendors, including researching available products, placing online orders, generating purchase orders and confirming accuracy of received items
