Structure Project Manager

You’ll lead restoration projects from the first file review to the final payment. You plan the job, build the budget, assemble the team and trades, and own the profit and loss on every project you manage. Along the way, you’ll be the go-to contact for homeowners, adjusters, insurance agents, and vendors.

Your Responsibilities

Project stage

What you’ll handle :

Pre-construction - Review the file with the Estimator, budget the job promptly, order materials, schedule trades, and line up subcontractors

Approval and handoff - Submit the production approval form to the COO, then review the file and turn it over to the Superintendent

During the project - Manage the Estimator, Superintendent, and Team Coordinator; keep jobsites safe and compliant with OSHA and company policy; manage several projects at once

Financials - Own profit and loss, control costs, and hit target margins

Close-out -Work with the Team Coordinator to collect all money owed

Relationships -Build lasting relationships with homeowners, adjusters, insurance agents, subcontractors, vendors, and your team

Must Haves

• Construction experience
• Strong computer skills
• Strong skills in communication, organization, time management, cost management, and conflict resolution
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to enter confined spaces, climb on roofs, and lift up to 75 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, with no felony convictions
• Clean, professional appearance

Nice to Haves

• Residential restoration experience
• Project mangement experience
• Experience with Xactimate, XactAnalysis, or PSA
• Xactimate Level 1 certification
• Knowledge of insurance claim procedures and guidelines

What We’ll Train You On

• Xactimate, XactAnalysis, PSA, and Matterport
• Xactimate Level 1 certification and Construction Training certification
• Insurance claim standards and our construction operations and procedures

Schedule
40+ hours per week, with on-call availability during catastrophic events. Other duties as needed.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
