Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent time management. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring project objectives are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Project Manager – Signage (Print Xpress, Birmingham)

Location: Hall Green, Birmingham, plus travel to client sites across the UK
Contract: Full-time, permanent Salary: £32,000–£50,000 + bonus based on experience

About us

Print Xpress has been designing, making and installing signage for 23 years. We deliver

illuminated signs, fascias, window graphics and full brand rollouts for hospitality and retail

clients across the UK. We're growing fast and need an organised, hands-on Project

Manager to own our jobs from survey to handover.

The role

• Quoting Projects

• You will run each project end to end, so our clients get signage that's on time, right first time

and finished to a high standard.

• Carry out site surveys: measuring, photographing and checking access, fixings and

power

• Turn survey findings into clear briefs for our designer and production team

• Plan and schedule manufacture, subcontractors and installation crews

• Manage several multi-site rollouts at once and keep clients updated on progress

• Arrange permits, access equipment and landlord or local authority requirements

• Check quality before dispatch and sign off installations on site

• Deal with snags, remedial works and repairs quickly

• Keep job records, photos and project boards up to date

About you

Experience managing projects in signage, shopfitting, fit-out or a similar trade

Confident reading drawings and carrying out accurate site surveys

Highly organised, able to juggle multiple jobs and deadlines

A clear communicator with clients, installers and suppliers

Practical and calm when things change on site
