About The Role

The Project Manager role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and support for the executive team. You will provide comprehensive assistance to key leadership members so they may focus on their primary responsibilities and maximize effectiveness.

The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, process-oriented, and extremely reliable. You take pride in the quality of their work with exceptional accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Attend meetings that may require writing agendas, meeting minutes, recording action items.
• Provide assistance to the sales teams.
• Work closely with staff to ensure operations are running smoothly
• Take on projects and challenges while exercising attention to detail and deadlines.
• Perform additional duties and assignments as needed to help ensure a smooth and efficient remote office environment.
• Write and track RFI s and process or assist in change orders.
• Assist project manager and superintendent with subcontract and schedule administration
• Maintain up to date construction drawings and as-built.
• Keeps up to date on submittals, RFIs and responses, project changes & work progress.
• Interpret design drawings and specifications
• Research, recommend resolutions, and issue RFIs related to drawing interpretation, conflicts and errors.
• Update project schedules
• Process all submittals and forward to applicable parties.

Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of related experience working on commercial construction projects is preferred.
• Attention to Detail
• A drive to build great projects.
• Proactive, resourceful, and self-driven to work independently with minimal supervision, while still providing progress updates and sharing information in a productive manner
• Proficiency using G Suite, Google Apps, MS Word, Procore, bluebeam, dropbox, procore and Excel with the ability to learn additional applications as needed
• Highly organized and process oriented with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and have the discretion to handle sensitive information
• Have a high level of professionalism integrity and a strong moral compass - you believe in doing what’s right and know the importance of confidentiality
• Maintains a high degree of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Exhibit strong and professional communication skills -- written, verbal, and presentation.
