Business Analyst / Project Manager – Equities Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to join a leading financial services organisation, supporting strategic transformation initiatives within its Equities Operations business.

Working as part of a dedicated Process Engineering team, you will play a key role in delivering operational change, developing Target Operating Models (TOMs) and driving process improvements across a dynamic Markets Operations environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong financial services background who can combine business analysis expertise with hands-on project management and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end projects, managing scope, timelines, deliverables and risks.
• Gather business requirements and produce BRDs, project plans and RAID logs.
• Drive process improvement and Target Operating Model (TOM) initiatives across Equities Operations.
• Manage stakeholders across Business, Operations, Technology and Compliance.
• Monitor project progress, report to senior management and support change delivery.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in a hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager role within financial services.
• Strong project delivery, business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with business requirements, project documentation and process improvement.
• Knowledge of Equities, Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) or Markets Operations is highly desirable.
• CAPM, PMP, PgMP or MBA qualifications are advantageous.

Desirable experience:

• Experience working with Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) , Equities or wider Capital Markets.
• Exposure to Markets Operations or financial markets transformation.
• CAPM, PMP, PgMP or an MBA qualification.

Contract Details:

Location: London – Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)

Contract: 3 months rolling - extension planned in the new year!

Rate: Up to £584 per day!
