Job Description: Project Manager – E-commerce & Marketing

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead and execute projects for our e-commerce brand. The role involves planning marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, events, and new business initiatives while identifying opportunities to improve sales, marketing strategies, and internal systems.

The ideal candidate should be able to brainstorm ideas, create execution plans, coordinate with our in-house team, and take ownership of projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Plan, manage, and execute projects from ideation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.

• Marketing & Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and events.

• Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to improve online and offline sales, customer acquisition, and overall business growth.

• Strategy & Brainstorming: Research and suggest new campaigns, events, collaborations, and initiatives that can benefit the brand.

• Team Coordination: Work with the in-house team to assign tasks, set deadlines, track progress, and ensure smooth execution.

• Process Improvement: Identify gaps in existing workflows and suggest better systems to improve team productivity and efficiency.

• Planning & Execution: Create project timelines, manage priorities, solve execution challenges, and ensure projects are completed successfully.

Requirements

• Prior experience in project management, preferably with an e-commerce or consumer brand.

• Experience in marketing campaigns, influencer marketing, and brand collaborations.

• Experience in both online and offline sales.

• Strong planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to brainstorm creative ideas and turn them into actionable plans.

• Hands-on ability to independently create presentations, Excel sheets, project plans, reports, and timelines from scratch.

• Strong practical working skills and original thinking. AI tools may be used for support, but the role requires independent execution and should not rely on AI-generated content or outputs as a substitute for actual work.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
