Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Manager to oversee construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This is a client-facing role where you’ll collaborate with project supervisors, executives, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure project performance, scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Lead pre-construction activities, including handoff meetings, schedule creation, scope clarification, and client kickoff meetings.
• Oversee construction phase, including client communications, OAC meetings, safety documentation, scheduling subcontractors, project accounting, and managing change orders.
• Conduct regular site visits and support supervisors with safety and quality control.
• Track project profitability, budgets, and delivery schedules.
• Manage post-construction closeout, including turnover walks, warranty support, and project reviews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of project supervision experience in similar construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team while maintaining accountability.
• High integrity and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Spanish proficiency preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
