Project Manager

Construction Solutions Company is a mid-size regional contractor working in most western states. A successful candidate for project manager must have the following skills:

• 5 Years Previous Experience in Construction Management
• Ability to thoroughly develop and manage critical path method scheduling
• Ability to develop, maintain and manage project budgets
• 2 Years Previous Experience in Construction Estimating
• Previous Experience in Business Development and Marketing
• Previous Experience in Delivering Presentations
• Ability to Manage Team
• Previous experience in lean building principles

A successful candidate for project manager must have the following experience:

• 5 Years Construction Management Experience
• 2 Years Construction Estimating Experience
• Construction Management Degree from Accredited 4- Year University Preferred

A successful candidate for project manager must be willing to:

• Travel in Excess of 50 days a year
• Obtaining and Manage Client List and Project Portfolio

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
