Project Manager

The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of relevant Project Management experience, including experience setting up governance for Change Management.

Position Summary:

The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end implementation of a Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) development program as well as the associated Structured Data Capture (SDC) program, ensuring successful delivery across business, process, data, and technology workstreams. This role is responsible for project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, and change management activities to support adoption of new digital capabilities and standardized data capture processes. Will partner closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, IT, and data teams to drive execution, manage risks, coordinate deployment activities, and ensure sustained organizational adoption.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree required.

• 2+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects.

• Experience setting up governance for Change Management

• Experience managing large digital transformation, business process improvement, or system implementation initiatives.

• Experience using project management platforms such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools.

• Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience developing communication plans, training programs, and change management strategies.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Preferred:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.

• Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or highly regulated industries.

• Experience with data governance, structured data capture, master data management, FAIR data principles, or digital transformation initiatives.

• Experience with using AI to increase efficiency in project management

• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies
