About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-rise building construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, quality, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the entire project from commencement to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered within the approved budget and available resources.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
• Lead and manage the project team to achieve project objectives.
• Identify project risks and implement effective solutions to ensure smooth project execution.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience in managing high-rise building construction projects.
• Ability to manage the entire project within the approved budget and available resources.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities.
• Proven ability to deliver projects with satisfactory quality standards.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate project teams towards achieving project goals.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, project management, and Malaysian building regulations.
