Project Manager

A leading international contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee major heavy civil and infrastructure projects across the Miami region. This role will involve leading project teams and managing delivery from preconstruction through closeout, with responsibility for safety, quality, schedule, budget and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage heavy civil projects from mobilization through completion.
• Lead Project Engineers, Superintendents, subcontractors and design partners.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, cost forecasts and contract administration.
• Manage procurement, change orders, RFIs, submittals and project reporting.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, owners and public agencies.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions where required.
• Ensure compliance with company safety, quality and operational standards.
• Mentor and develop junior project team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience delivering highways, bridges, transportation, utilities or water infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, contracts and change management.
• Previous experience leading project teams and managing client relationships.
• Design-build and Primavera P6 experience are preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
