Project Manager

• Plan, execute and manage 400 kV overhead transmission line projects from commencement through completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, manpower and subcontractors.
• Supervise transmission line activities, including tower foundation, tower erection, conductor stringing and associated works.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, technical specifications and safety compliance.
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Prepare project progress reports, technical documentation and other required reports.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to maintain timely execution.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in electrical power transmission projects.
• Proven experience in 400 kV Overhead Transmission Line (OHL/OHTL) projects.
• Strong knowledge of transmission line construction, project planning, execution and site management.
• Experience in managing project teams, contractors, resources and client coordination.

Preferred Requirements

• GCC experience, particularly in Kuwait or other Middle Eastern countries.
• Experience with major transmission line EPC projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning and problem-solving skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field to ensure foundational knowledge.
• 8-10 years of relevant project management experience in a similar industry, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification to validate expertise and commitment to the profession.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, showcasing adaptability to various project management frameworks and practices.
