Project Manager

We are seeking a results-driven, hands-on Project Manager to lead site execution, inter-departmental liaisoning, and commissioning for an institutional medical equipment supply and installation project in Jamshedpur.

The ideal candidate will manage daily field operations, enforce strict milestone adherence, coordinate technical teams,and actively engage hospital authorities and administrative departments to resolve site bottlenecks promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Execution & Milestone Delivery: Supervise end-to-end site preparation, equipment delivery, placement,installation, and preliminary testing in coordination with OEM service engineers and institutional authorities.
• Daily Work Reporting (Mandatory): Prepare and submit formal daily progress reports (DPRs) to management detailing tasks completed, materials received/installed, labor headcount, and on-site challenges.
• Obstruction Resolution & Administrative Approvals: Actively identify site bottlenecks where work has stalled; identify and approach the concerned dministrative heads to secure necessary clearances, permits, and inspection sign-offs.
• Vendor & OEM Coordination: Align schedules with logistics providers, biomedical equipment suppliers,electrical/civil , and testing teams to prevent site idle time.
• Documentation & Handover Compliance: Maintain site logbooks, joint inspection records, delivery challans, and preliminary handover certificates required for billing and final sign-off.
• Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure all equipment installations comply strictly with technical tender specifications, hospital safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent technical field).
• Experience: 3 to 7 years of on-site project execution experience, preferably involving hospital infrastructure,medical equipment, HVAC/gas piping, or public sector institution projects.
• Administrative Liaisoning: Proven track record of independently navigating institutional hierarchies, handling approvals with government/semi-government officials, and driving delayed tasks to completion.
• Technical & Reporting Fluency: Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and mobile reporting platforms for prompt daily reporting and documentation.
• Languages: Fluency in Hindi; functional proficiency in English (for formal written reporting and email correspondence).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
