About the Opportunity
Tiello is partnered with a highly respected, mid-sized General Contractor with over 100 years of history delivering construction projects throughout the region.
This organization has built its reputation on quality construction, long-standing client relationships, and a genuine commitment to its people. With a strong foundation and continued growth across multiple markets, they're looking to bring on a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager who wants to do more than just manage projects.
We're looking for someone who's down-to-earth, takes ownership, enjoys building relationships, and genuinely wants to help grow a construction business.
This isn't a corporate environment filled with layers of management or internal politics. It's an opportunity to join a well-established contractor where your ideas matter, your contributions are recognized, and you can make a direct impact on the company's continued growth.
What Makes This Opportunity Different
- Over a Century of Reputation: Join an established General Contractor with more than 100 years of history, strong client relationships, and a respected name in the industry.
- Mid-Sized Company Environment: Enjoy the stability of an established contractor without the bureaucracy and corporate politics of a large national GC.
- High-Growth Opportunity: Play a meaningful role in the company's continued expansion, with opportunities to grow alongside the business.
- Real Influence & Ownership: Have a voice in project decisions, team development, client relationships, and the overall direction of the business.
- Diverse Project Portfolio: Work across public, multifamily, commercial, industrial, and healthcare construction markets.
- Relationship-Driven Culture: Work alongside approachable leadership and a team that values integrity, accountability, and long-term relationships.
- Hands-On Leadership: Stay connected to the construction process rather than getting buried in unnecessary corporate procedures.
- Long-Term Career Growth: Opportunity to take on greater responsibilities and help shape the future of an established construction organization.
