Project Manager

The Fitzgerald Group is one of Ireland's leading family-owned hospitality businesses, with more than 26 bars, restaurants and hotels across Dublin, Kildare, Galway and Cork. We are hiring a Project Manager to supportthe maintenance and growth of the group and its Dublin venues.

About The Role

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, executing, and finalising construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Support the coordination and supervision of construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead in the procurement of materials and equipment.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.

Required Criteria

• 3+ years Project Manager experience
• A track record of delivering projects on time, on budget and to scope

Desired Criteria

• Relevant qualification or degree
• Experience within the Irish hospitality sector is desirable
