Role Description: The Project Manager is a full-time role responsible for overseeing and delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget. This role coordinates with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure successful project execution while upholding Structor Group's mission, vision and values. The Project Manager will lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management efforts while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Daily responsibilities involve collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams, reviewing contracts and change orders, and maintaining clear documentation and reporting. The role also requires proactive expediting of materials and logistics to support uninterrupted field operations.

Qualifications

• Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities.
• Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage material orders, submittals, and timely delivery to project sites.
• Inspection experience to verify work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
• Logistics Management skills to organize site resources, equipment, and sequencing of trades.
• Experience in commercial construction, preferably in healthcare or education.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency with construction management software and standard office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects or phases concurrently.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
