We are seeking an analytical, execution-focused Project Manager to join our elite corporate strategy division. Based out of either our premier corporate hubs in Irvine, CA or New York, NY , you will take full ownership of cross-functional business initiatives, corporate portfolio planning, and executive operations. You will act as a central strategic engine, translating macro-corporate visions into structured project roadmaps, market entry models, and optimized business processes.
Why Join Us
- C-Suite Visibility & Business Impact: Move past mundane tracking tasks. In this role, you will design corporate frameworks, project portfolios, and business performance models that are presented directly to top-tier executives and global leadership.
- Dual-Hub Mobility: Choose the market that aligns with your professional style, plugging directly into either our ultra-modern, high-tech Irvine corporate campus or our fast-paced, flagship New York City metropolitan headquarters.
- Agile Scaling with Enterprise Stability: Steer complex corporate projects with the high-velocity execution of an internal incubator, fully backed by the immense capital resources and market dominance of a global industry titan.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Project Architecture
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead, structure, and track high-priority strategic business initiatives across multi-departmental teams (including finance, marketing, legal, product, and supply chain divisions) to ensure on-time execution.
- Corporate Lifecycle Mapping: Translate ambiguous, high-level corporate growth targets into structured, scannable project roadmaps, clear milestone definitions, and transparent performance KPIs.
- Market Intelligence & Modeling: Conduct rigorous market research and financial feasibility assessments, building data-driven presentation decks to support potential new business launches, real estate investments, or joint ventures.
Executive Reporting & Bilingual Synchronization
- C-Suite Presentation Curation: Synthesize complex, multi-layered data arrays into highly polished, executive-ready presentations and rolling performance metrics for regional and global leadership.
- Cross-Border Translation & Alignment: Serve as the essential communication link, writing, translating, and aligning technical strategic blueprints between English and Korean to ensure absolute operational synchronization across global headquarters.
- Corporate Governance Auditing: Coordinate regular corporate review cadences and operational deep-dives across various business units to track budget variances and alignment with corporate strategy plans.
Business Process Optimization
- System Efficiency Engineering: Conduct root-cause analyses across corporate operations to identify structural gaps, manual dependencies, or friction points, engineering automated solutions and streamlined workflows.
- Resource Optimization: Monitor and evaluate corporate resource allocations, ensuring optimal human capital and project budgeting strategies are strictly maintained.
Requirements
Required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Strategic Management, or an equivalent heavily quantitative discipline.
- Language Mastery: Absolute professional fluency in both Korean and English (written and verbal) is mandatory to facilitate cross-border corporate strategy documentation, legal reviews, and executive presentations.
- Experience Level: 3 to 5+ years of progressive professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or specialized project management within a global enterprise environment.
- Tooling & Data Fluency: Mastery of project management frameworks and tracking ecosystems (such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Notion) paired with advanced spreadsheet command (MS Excel) and executive presentation design capability (PowerPoint).
- Communication Polish: Exceptional verbal, narrative writing, and stakeholder management capabilities. You must possess the natural professional confidence required to negotiate timelines and align incentives with cross-functional executive headers.
Preferred
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).
- Valid professional credentials such as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Scrum Master certification.
- Prior experience executing localized product launches or corporate expansion workflows for international parent companies entering or scaling within the U.S. consumer market.
