Job Responsibilities – Project Manager

• Manage new outlet opening projects in shopping malls, including renovation, setup, and handover.
• Coordinate with mall management, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor renovation progress, project timelines, budgets, and work quality.
• Ensure all new outlets are completed and ready for opening according to schedule.
• Oversee maintenance and repair works across all existing stores, including coordinating contractors and service providers.
• Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on maintenance issues, equipment breakdowns, and facility repairs.
• Ensure all stores are properly maintained and comply with relevant safety requirements.
• Handle project and maintenance issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement timely solutions.
• Prepare project progress reports, maintenance updates, and budget reports for management.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure work is completed according to company standards.
