ARE YOU STUCK IN A Project Manager BOTTLENECK?
Position: Commercial Construction Project Manager
Location: Norcross - Duluth - Atlanta, GA (Metro Area)
Compensation: Top-Tier Base + Lucrative Bonus Structure + Full Benefits
Atlanta is flooded with project manager jobs right now-but most of them are just offering more of the same: endless red tape, micromanagement, and broken promises about your career path.
If you are a high-performing PM capable of running $10M to $50M+ commercial projects, you don't need just another job. You need a company that respects your leadership, gives you the autonomy to run your jobs, and backs you up with a rock-solid estimating and field team.
We are a highly respected, growing Commercial General Contractor in the Atlanta market. We build the landmarks people notice-from complex corporate offices and healthcare facilities to advanced industrial and institutional spaces. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who is ready to take full ownership of their projects and be fast-tracked for executive leadership.
️ What You'll Actually Do

Lead from the Front: Take full ownership of commercial projects from buyout to closeout.

Drive the Financials: Manage budgets, schedules, cost forecasting, and vendor negotiations to maximize profitability.

Build Strong Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for premier architects, engineers, and clients.

Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with elite Superintendents to ensure jobs finish safely, on time, and under budget.

What It Takes to Join Us

Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience managing ground-up or major renovation commercial projects ($10M+ range preferred).

Local Market Knowledge: Strong relationships with quality Atlanta-area subcontractors and vendors.

Technical Expertise: Expert proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Primavera, etc.) and reading complex project documents.

Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Why This Opportunity is Different

No Bureaucracy: We operate with a flat organizational structure. You have a direct line to ownership, and decisions are made fast.

True Career Path: We don't hire PMs to keep them PMs forever. We are actively looking for the future executives of our company.

Work-Life Balance: We build locally. You will be home with your family every night, not living out of a suitcase.
