This firm has been operating in NYC for the past 40 years! They are a well-respected firm that has a ton of work right now. They focus on commercial and institutional clients/projects (think high-end office space or healthcare office projects, etc.). The firm has a typical structure when it comes to reporting, i.e. APM, PM, SPM, PX. The office is based in Midtown Manhattan, and you would be based there day-to-day. You are also able to go visit your sites as needed, but won't need to be there every single day. Most projects are in the 5 boroughs, so public transit is enough to get the job done. The firm is looking for someone to join who has solid experience in the commercial construction space in NYC.

Your new role

As a Project Manager with this group, you would oversee the construction of commercial interior projects in the city. This is also a growth role, as they are looking for someone to be with the company for the long term. You would work hand-in-hand with people who have been with the business for years..

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years' experience with a general contractor.
• NYC construction industry experience.
• Commercial interiors construction project experience.
• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
