Project Manager (Commercial Roofing)

Project Manager - Commercial Roofing

Corpus Christi, TX

$85,000 - $105,000

Run real commercial projects for a 60-year-old Texas roofing name with fresh private equity money behind you and no corporate machine in the way.

Why Apply?

This is a newly created seat, not a backfill. You are being hired because there is more good work than people to run it.

You will run projects out of a branch doing $25M-$30M a year, with 55-60 roofing employees plus estimating and office support behind you. Self-performed crews, not a subcontractor scramble.

The work is varied from commercial reroof, new construction, service and repair across education, government, industrial, healthcare and general commercial. Plenty of repeat clients, so you are not fighting for every job.

Locally led and running its own operation day to day, across a growing South Texas territory. You get the autonomy of a family business with the systems, investment and benefits of a PE-backed platform.

Further Benefits

• Medical, dental and vision
• 401(k) plan with employer match after 90 days of service
• Newly created role in a branch in active growth
• Company vehicle or vehicle allowance
• Benefits package actively being upgraded under new ownership investment

Your Role

• Own roofing projects end to end, from pre-construction through closeout
• Build and hold the schedule, budget and resource plan on every job
• Work with estimators, foremen and subs to keep scope moving efficiently
• Get materials and equipment procured and on site on time
• Walk the sites, check progress, solve problems, hold the quality line
• Keep field crews, the office and the client talking to each other
• Run the paperwork properly: RFIs, contracts, change order logs, reports
• Lead project meetings and keep leadership updated

Company Overview

An established commercial roofing contractor operating in Texas since 1963, with multiple branches across the state.

The business is now private equity-backed and entering a deliberate growth phase, more headcount, a bigger W-2 workforce, better benefits, modernized systems and stronger professional infrastructure.

What has not changed is the culture. Local leadership, real relationships and a family-business feel built over six decades. The investment is there to back it, not replace it.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years managing commercial roofing projects, or a strong adjacent commercial construction management background
• Solid knowledge of commercial roofing systems and construction process
• Comfortable running several projects at once and hitting dates
• Experience working with subcontractors, vendors and field crews
• Able to read blueprints, contracts and technical documents
• Valid driver's license and happy to travel to sites across South Texas

If this sounds like your next move, APPLY NOW and you will hear back within 48 hours.
