Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional compliance, regulatory, and business transformation initiatives. The role focuses on project planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, governance, and timely delivery rather than deep compliance expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and project roadblocks.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology, and external stakeholders.
• Support compliance and regulatory program implementation.
• Manage Onit practice management software data clean-up and optimization projects.
• Facilitate meetings, track action items, and drive timely decisions.
• Prepare project dashboards, status reports, and executive updates.
• Maintain project documentation, governance, scope, timelines, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong risk, issue, and dependency management capabilities.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or Monday.com.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in legal, compliance, regulatory, governance, or operational transformation projects.
• Experience with enterprise software implementation or optimization.
• Familiarity with Onit or legal operations platforms is an advantage.
