Project Manager - Concur

Location: Remote

Duration: 3-month Contract

Schedule: Flexible to support U.S. and APAC hours, including evening meetings (minimum of 3 hours per day, 3 days per week, typically from 8 -11pm)

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for implementing innovative financial solutions? Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to spearhead their SAP Concur rollout across the dynamic regions of APAC and LATAM. This fully remote contract role offers you the chance to lead a strategic enterprise project, collaborate with global teams, and make a tangible impact on our expense management processes—all from the comfort of your home.

In this critical position, you will oversee every phase of the SAP Concur implementation, ensuring seamless coordination among regional stakeholders, IT, Finance, Procurement, and third-party implementation partners. Your expertise will drive standardization, optimize workflows, and elevate our internal controls, contributing to operational excellence.

What You Bring To The Table

• Proven project management experience leading enterprise software or financial system implementations
• Solid SAP Concur implementation background
• Strong track record managing cross-functional, global projects with multiple workstreams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Accounting knowledge with an understanding of General Ledger concepts
• Experience coordinating ERP or financial system integrations
• Ability to manage geographically dispersed teams and vendors effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish
• Experience with Oracle ERP or Oracle Fusion environments
• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile

Ideal Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
• Demonstrated success in delivering ERP, travel & expense, procurement, or workflow automation projects
• 5+ years of project management experience in a similar capacity
