Project Manager (Conferences and Events)

We're currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to join a leading events organisation specialising in national and international association conferences.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conference professional to manage a diverse portfolio of events, from large-scale conferences with 1,000+ delegates to more exclusive, bespoke events.

Location: South Dublin

Salary: €50,000-€60,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Project manage conferences and events from planning through to live delivery.
• Build strong client relationships and lead client meetings.
• Conduct venue site inspections and oversee on-site event delivery.
• Manage project budgets and ensure successful event execution.
• Oversee conference registration and delegate services.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) environment.
• Experience in association conference management is highly desirable.
• Strong project management, organisational and client relationship skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality events.
