Project Manager, Connected Care

For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager, Connected Care to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will oversee end-to-end customer implementations, ensuring smooth delivery from kickoff through go-live across healthcare technology and digital health initiatives. You will coordinate closely with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Sales teams to keep projects moving, manage dependencies, and support a successful customer onboarding experience. The position is well suited for a highly organized project leader who can drive timelines, remove roadblocks, and improve implementation processes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $125,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage customer implementations from kickoff through go-live
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and action items
• Coordinate activities across Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Sales
• Schedule meetings and keep projects on track
• Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
• Coordinate customer onboarding, training, integrations, and go-live readiness
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates
• Support continuous improvement of implementation processes and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of project management or implementation experience
• Experience implementing healthcare technology, SaaS, or digital health solutions
• Familiarity with healthcare organizations such as health systems or provider groups is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or Asana
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
