Project Manager (Construction) – 12 months contract

Our client, an international technology company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Construction) to oversee project delivery for a major data centre development in Korat, Thailand on a 12-month contract.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the data centre construction programme from site mobilisation through commissioning and handover.
• Manage and coordinate general contractors, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones, quality, and performance targets are achieved.
• Control project schedules, budgets, and contractual obligations while driving risk mitigation and issue resolution on site

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, including leading major on-site build projects.
• Proven delivery experience in data centres or other mission-critical facilities such as hyperscale, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or large industrial projects.
• Demonstrated success managing general contractors and consultancies from the client or owner’s representative perspective.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, power infrastructure, and cooling technologies for high-density facilities.
• Solid expertise in contract management, cost control, change management, and FIDIC or similar contract frameworks.
• A hands-on, site-based approach with the ability to resolve issues directly and drive contractor performance.
