Project Manager- Construction

• Orchestrate the entire construction lifecycle, from initial concept to final handover, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budgets, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes efficiency, productivity, and high-quality workmanship.
• Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring timely delivery to meet project deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Hold relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager).
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
