Project Manager - Construction

About the role

As Project Manager, you'll oversee the complete lifecycle of construction projects—from pricing and planning through to delivery, client handover, and final completion. You'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and our internal team to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard
• Take ownership of projects and building strong client relationships
• Deliver quality outcomes across a varied portfolio of work

About you

• Experience in project managing construction projects
• A background in residential or commercial construction
• Estimating or quantity surveying experience (advantageous)
• Strong knowledge of New Zealand construction practices
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• The ability to prioritise competing deadlines
• A full New Zealand Driver Licence
• NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency
• Takes ownership and accountability
• Leads by example, enjoys solving problems, and communicates confidently with clients and trades
