Project Manager (Construction)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with engineering teams, Japanese management, clients and related divisions
• Review and verify project documents, cost estimates and tender submissions
• Monitor project progress to ensure quality, schedule and budget targets are achieved
• Supervise site operations to ensure compliance with QCDS and safety standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• 10 years of experience in structural construction
• Have an Engineer License (Associate)
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
• Proficient in Microsoft Project / Auto CAD and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated
• Ability to manage civil work and solve problems effectively
• Must possess a personal vehicle and be able to travel to upcountry project sites
• Experience in a Japanese company will be an advantage
