Industra Construction Corp. is hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex water/wastewater, heavy civil, industrial and infrastructure construction projects across Ontario.
We’re looking for a Project Manager who knows how to take ownership of a project — managing the schedule, budget, contracts, procurement, subcontractors, client relationships and site coordination required to deliver successfully.
Experience with Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), Pump Stations, Heavy Civil, Industrial, Municipal Infrastructure, Process Mechanical or similar complex infrastructure construction is strongly preferred.
If you’re an experienced construction PM looking for challenging projects, significant responsibility and the opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding contractor, we’d like to hear from you.
Why Industra?
Industra is a rapidly growing, multi-disciplined, self-perform General Contractor with projects across British Columbia, Ontario, the North, and beyond. Having expanded from approximately 35 employees to more than 200 over the past three years, we're continuing to invest in our people as we deliver complex water and wastewater treatment, industrial, civil infrastructure, institutional, and remote construction projects across Canada.

- Lead procurement activities including material sourcing, pricing, and subcontractor selection.
- Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure alignment with project requirements.
Cost Control & Reporting

- Lead monthly reporting, progress billing, and financial reviews.
- Monitor project performance across schedule, cost, manpower, safety, and quality.
Site & Stakeholder Management
- Provide leadership and support to site teams, including Superintendents.
- Conduct site visits as required to ensure project alignment and performance.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.

- 5–10+ years of experience in construction project management.
