  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, health and safety legislation, and company policies.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, cost analysis, and performance metrics for senior management and stakeholders.

  • Coordinate engineering and design activities using Civil 3D or equivalent civil engineering software.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up to date, and maintained in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of organisation, productivity, and attention to detail.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar leadership role within the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Primavera P6 for project planning and scheduling.
  • Strong working knowledge of Civil 3D or equivalent civil engineering design software.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, contract administration, and project lifecycle management.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A relevant qualification in Construction Management, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Valid Health & Safety certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid) would be advantageous.

What We Offer

  • A dynamic and collaborative working environment.
  • Opportunities to work on diverse and challenging construction projects.
  • Career development and professional growth opportunities.
