Project Manager - Construction

Join The Bridge Group as our new Project Manager to support our client in South Bay. In this role you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction and renovation for both office and lab projects. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, design professionals, and external contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption to business operations. This role requires 4 days on site though this may fluctuate.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end construction projects for office, lab, and R&D environments, from concept through closeout
• Lead project meetings and document outcome
• Manage architects, engineers, contractors and vendors
• Prepare project schedules and budget estimates
• Control project quality and ensure compliance with client standards & governmental requirements
• Review and approve proposals and invoices
• Manage budget and control costs
• Manage RFP processes and select vendors, consultants, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and internal company standards
• Close out of the construction project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• 5–10 years of project management experience, with a strong background in office and lab construction
• Proven track record delivering projects in occupied, high-tech environments
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, cleanroom/lab infrastructure, and space planning
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, AutoCAD/Bluebeam)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus

Pay: $150,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
