About the Role

We are seeking a driven Project Manager to join our construction team. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

This role suits someone who is practical, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple stakeholders across site and office environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from inception to completion
• Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets and resource plans
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
• Manage procurement and contract administration
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Maintain high standards of quality control throughout all project phases

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Engineer in construction
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts and project delivery
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficient in project management software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
• Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

Desirable

• Experience in Residential & Commercial Construction
• Knowledge of local regulations and compliance standards
• Background in engineering or trade
