Job Summary

Baron Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Construction to manage our building construction project located in Al Furjan, Dubai.

The candidate must have strong UAE construction experience, G+12 qualification/certificate, and excellent practical knowledge of Nakheel and Trakhees requirements, approvals, NOCs, inspections and construction procedures applicable to projects in Al Furjan.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the complete project execution, including planning, authority coordination, construction activities, manpower, subcontractors, cost, quality, safety, progress monitoring and successful project handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete G+12 building construction project from mobilization through completion and handover.
• Plan and control construction schedules, milestones, manpower, equipment and material requirements.
• Coordinate closely with Nakheel, Trakhees, consultants, clients and other relevant authorities.
• Have strong working knowledge of Nakheel NOC and approval procedures and Trakhees CED/EHS requirements.
• Coordinate building permits, NOCs, drawings, inspections, approvals, site-access requirements and completion procedures.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, method statements and authority requirements.
• Manage structural, civil, architectural, MEP and finishing works.
• Supervise Site Engineers, QA/QC, HSE, supervisors, foremen, subcontractors and site labour.
• Conduct daily and weekly progress reviews and ensure the project remains within the approved construction schedule.
• Identify delays and immediately implement recovery and corrective-action plans.
• Coordinate with consultants for RFIs, shop drawings, material approvals, MIRs/WIRs and technical clarifications.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, procurement schedules, material delivery and site productivity.
• Control project costs and minimize material wastage, rework and unnecessary expenditure.
• Ensure strict implementation of HSE and quality requirements throughout the project.
• Attend client, consultant, authority and management meetings.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports to management.
• Coordinate authority inspections, testing and commissioning, snagging/de-snagging and final handover.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed for the relevant Building Completion/Completion Certificate and project close-out.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• G+12 Certificate / Qualification – Mandatory.
• Minimum 8–12 years of construction experience, with strong UAE experience preferred.
• Previous experience managing G+12 or similar multi-storey building projects.
• Al Furjan project experience will be highly preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of Nakheel approval/NOC procedures.
• Strong practical knowledge of Trakhees CED and EHS requirements and procedures.
• Experience dealing directly with consultants, authorities, subcontractors and clients.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, HSE requirements and quality procedures.
• Ability to independently manage the project from mobilization to final handover.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project, AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
• UAE Driving Licence preferred.

Candidate Preference

Priority will be given to candidates who have previously completed G+12 or higher building projects in Dubai and have direct experience handling Nakheel and Trakhees approvals for projects in Al Furjan.

G+12 Certificate + Nakheel/Trakhees knowledge are key requirements for this position.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
