Project Manager-Construction

About the role

Oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring all activities comply with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and overall site performance
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Identify project risks, resolve construction issues, and implement corrective actions
• Monitor project costs and ensure efficient use of resources
• Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to management
• Ensure timely completion and proper turnover of projects

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant experience in construction project management
• Proven experience in managing commercial, residential, or other building construction projects
• Strong leadership, project planning, coordination, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and quality assurance
• Familiarity with construction plans, specifications, safety regulations, and building codes
• Excellent communication and coordination skills when dealing with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
