Project Manager – High-Rise Building Construction

DNB Construction LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in high-rise building construction and project handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee high-rise building construction projects from execution through completion and final handover.
• Supervise project teams, site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, safety compliance, and construction schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities for inspections, approvals, and handover procedures.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, budgets, and project requirements.
• Resolve site-related technical and operational challenges and ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a construction or contracting company.
• Proven experience in high-rise building construction, preferably towers of G+12 floors and above.
• Mandatory experience in project completion, final inspections, and high-rise building handover.
• Dubai Municipality (DM) approval is mandatory.
• G+Unlimited DM-approved certificate is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, project planning, coordination, and team management skills.
• Candidates with relevant UAE construction experience will be given preference.
