Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage residential and commercial construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, cost control, and compliance with safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from start to completion.
• Monitor project schedules, progress, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site engineers.
• Ensure quality control, safety standards, and compliance with approved drawings.
• Monitor material procurement, labour deployment, and contractor performance.
• Review project costs, billing, measurements, and variations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.
• Prepare MIS reports and update management on project status.
• Resolve site-related issues and ensure timely project handover.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 8–12 years of experience in building construction.
• Strong experience in residential and commercial projects.
• Good knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, and quality control.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Project / Primavera is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and meet project deadlines.
