About the Role

As Project Manager / Construction Manager, you will play a key role from initial enquiry through to project delivery, working closely with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and our internal teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing incoming enquiries, quoting and project evaluation
• Liaising with clients, architects, building designers and interior designers
• Obtaining and assessing quotes from subcontractors and suppliers
• Preparing estimates and project quotes for management
• Preparing tender documentation and project variations
• Managing the procurement and sourcing of materials
• Developing and delivering project schedules
• Managing project costs, labour, materials and machinery to meet deadlines and budgets
• Engaging and coordinating suppliers and subcontractors
• Monitoring project progress, quality, costs and timeframes
• Coordinating internal trades and resources to ensure projects are delivered efficiently
• Maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in project or construction management
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• A confident and professional communicator
• Strong in estimating, costing and project scheduling
• Commercially minded with an understanding of budgets and project performance
• Able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Comfortable working with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and trades
• Proactive, practical and solutions-focused
• A strong team player who takes pride in delivering quality outcomes
