Project Manager (Construction) – Mid to Senior Level

About the role

Heat House Group Bali is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through handover. You'll be the point person coordinating contractors, timelines, budgets, and site quality across our developments in Bali — ideal for someone who thrives on keeping complex builds on track and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee construction projects from groundbreaking to completion
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep work on schedule and within scope
• Monitor project budgets, track costs, and flag variances early
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets quality and safety standards
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and clients to resolve issues and keep stakeholders aligned
• Manage permits, approvals, and compliance with local building regulations
• Prepare progress reports and updates for company leadership

About you

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building codes in Indonesia/Bali
• Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools (MS Project, Excel, or similar)
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
